About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Management Trainee Officer (CSR) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in customer service and corporate communication. The MTO will be trained and groomed to handle customer queries, manage client interactions, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions for client needs.
  • Support in reporting and data entry tasks related to customer interactions.
  • Learn and adapt to company processes and policies during the training period.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 9 months of experience in a CSR or client-facing role.
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under supervision.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
