Role Description

This is a contract role for an Imports Executive. The Imports Executive will be responsible for managing the import process, including documentation, shipment tracking, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The individual will ensure timely and accurate delivery of imported goods and coordinate with suppliers, customs, and other stakeholders. This is an on-site role located in Oil Trough, AR.

Qualifications

  • Experience in import management, including documentation and shipment tracking
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance for imports
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and import management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience in the energy sector is a plus
