Job Description:

We are looking for an IR / ER Officer who can manage both HR operations and labour workforce handling. The candidate will be responsible for payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements while also dealing with workers' daily matters, discipline, transportation, canteen, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workers' attendance, payroll, and salary distribution.
  • Handle EOBI, SESSI, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Deal with worker hiring, documentation, police verification, and replacements.
  • Resolve labour issues and maintain discipline as per company SOPs.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (Labour Dept., SESSI, EOBI, etc.).
  • Supervise canteen, bus contractors, and employee welfare facilities.
  • Support HR audits, safety, and training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and labour handling.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll & labour law compliance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work closely with workers and management simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
