Responsibilities: include but not limited to:

· Assist 1st class boiler engineer to maintain the plant room machineries.

· Maintenance of boilers machines in plant room from time to time.

· Assemble, install, calibrate and commission a wide range of advanced boiler and related equipment.

· Look after the boiler operations, maintenance of boilers and related machineries.

· Conduct inspection of all boiler machines and resolve the issues of machine in coordination with the concerned mechanic or relevant technician.

· May maintain log of meter and gauge readings and record data, such as water test results and quantity of fuel consumed.

· Rectify the minor steam leak and water leaks.

· Look after and control the mechanism of Heat exchangers, chillers, electricity shut down issues, boiler machines, water supply system, water softening plants, chemical alarms fading system.

· To wear correct uniform at all times and maintain standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behavior and discipline.

· May test and treat boiler feed water, using specified chemicals.

· Make sure the gauges and alert lights are under control and in case of a problem, the issue should be reported to supervisor.

· Make sure the fire alarm system is working without a hitch.

· Receives and enters the trouble reports in system and follow up on their resolution, keep the supervisors informed about the complaints

· Assist supervisor in annual boiler inspection.

· To check all the safeties of machines and boilers.

Any other task assigned by the management

Education:

2nd class Boiler engineer diploma

Experience:

2 to 4 Years

Preferred:

Hospitality, Construction FMCG and Manufacturing
