Position: Sales & Support Agent:
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with international clients via live chat, email, and calls
Understand client requirements and provide accurate quotations and product info
Support customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sales process
Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, design)
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English
Prior experience in textiles, apparel, or B2B sales preferred
Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Self-motivated and responsible during night shifts
Strong customer service and communication skills
