Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and can lead to a permanent role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (final year students are not eligible).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
