Position: HR Executive

Company: DBS Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Onsite – Johar Town, near Emporium Mall, Lahore

Experience Required: 3+ years

Timings: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Package: PKR 60,000 to 80,000

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team at DBS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Ensure timely attendance and leave management
  • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Prepare HR reports, documentation, and performance records
  • Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and resource allocation
  • Support in disciplinary processes and performance evaluations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to work evening shifts (4 PM to 12 AM)
