Job Description:

Unity Films Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern (Female) to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or final-year students who are passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources.

The internship is paid and offers the potential to transition into a full-time HR position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and attendance tracking
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related tasks
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently enrolled in final year)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive and professional attitude towards work
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
  • Female candidates only
