The Role

We're seeking an experienced 
Business Development Manager
 to lead our growth across European hospitality markets. You will drive international sales, manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close, and position our technology portfolio as the preferred choice for QSR and restaurant operators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Commercial Strategy
     – Define and implement a growth strategy for the QSR and hospitality sectors, focused on European markets and global brands.

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
     – Identify, research, and connect with potential QSR and restaurant clients for POS, restaurant IT operations, support & consultancy, and BI/data engineering services.

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership
     – Manage deals from first contact to signed contract, ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams.

  • Sales Deck Creation
     – Build compelling sales presentations and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver client-focused solutions.

  • CRM & Pipeline Management
     – Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline, track performance against KPIs, and achieve/exceed annual targets.

  • Solution Selling
     – Present tailored IT and analytics solutions, creating ROI-driven business cases.

  • Collaboration
     – Partner with marketing for targeted campaigns and work with product/delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.

  • Market Intelligence
     – Stay current on hospitality tech trends, digital & AI innovations, and QSR technologies.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

  • 8+ years in IT/SaaS solution sales with proven success.

  • Knowledge of Oracle POS, digital hospitality solutions, IT support, and BI/analytics is highly valued.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Commercially driven, data-focused, and adaptable.
