We are a dynamic software development company delivering innovative solutions to clients across diverse industries. To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for software development services.
  • Research and contact potential leads, build relationships, and convert them into clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and business reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in the software development or IT services industry.
  • Strong track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Salary & Benefits:

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
