What You'll Do
Collaborate with internal teams on compliance-related tasks and requirements
Participate in risk assessments, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements
Update and maintain company policies and procedures in line with industry best practices
Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and emerging best practices
Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees
Assist in internal audits, identify gaps, and suggest corrective actions
Support external audits/assessments to ensure compliance with standards
Stay updated on threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies relevant to compliance and risk management
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals (threats, vulnerabilities, risk)
Understanding of standards: ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, GDPR, PCI DSS
Some exposure to security tools (e.g., vulnerability scanners, SIEMs, endpoint security, etc.)
Certifications (nice-to-have, not required): CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, or any entry-level security training
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Curiosity and willingness to keep learning and advancing in security
