Title: IT Support Associate (Level 1)

Location: Karachi, Sindh (Onsite)

Timings: 6pm - 3am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting:
    Identify and resolve common technical problems with hardware, software, and networks.
  • First-Line Support:
    Answer calls, emails, and ticket submissions from users, providing initial assistance and guidance.
  • Issue Escalation:
    Recognize when issues are beyond their capabilities and escalate them to Level 2 or higher support teams.
  • Basic Technical Skills:
    Possess a foundation in computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
  • Communication:
    Communicate effectively with users, both verbally and in writing, to understand their problems and provide solutions.
  • Problem Solving:
    Think logically and analytically to identify the root cause of issues and implement solutions.
  • Accountability:
    Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and user interactions.
  • Software/Hardware knowledge
    : Have a basic understanding of common software and hardware issues and solutions.
  • Password resets:
    Resetting passwords for users who have forgotten them.
