with
at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience
in
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B Marketing, and Lead Generation
to join our team at our
Gulberg 3
office in
Lahore
.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
  • Outreach & Engagement:
    Create and execute tailored outreach campaigns, including personalized messages and follow-ups, to build strong business relationships.
  • Campaign Management:
    Develop, optimize, and manage both organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Content & Messaging:
    Write compelling copy for outreach messages, LinkedIn posts, and content to engage the target audience effectively.
  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion:
    Manage and nurture leads through consistent engagement, guiding them through the sales funnel to conversion.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track leads, monitor campaign success, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align LinkedIn strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking and management.
  • Good copywriting skills for outreach and LinkedIn content.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to measure ROI and improve performance.

Working Conditions:

  • Job Location:
    Onsite at Gulberg 3, Lahore.
  • Office Hours:
    04:00 PM to 01:00 AM.
  • Workdays:
    Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays.
  • Salary Range:
    PKR 70,000 to 85,000 (based on skills and experience).
