Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, Post ads online and following up every 3 hours to ensure maximum presence .

  • Maintain office supplies, take notes during meetings, and distribute meeting minutes.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Education: Inter mediate and above . With good SEO skills and knowhow of online job posting

  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Preference to candidates who live near by

Work Environment

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday , 9-hour shift.

  • Office timings : 10:30 am to 7: 00 pm

  • Work Location: : DHA Phase 2 Extension
