Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Business Development Intern to join our onsite Johar Town office during the night shift. This role is designed for business graduates or final-year students looking to gain practical exposure in international business development, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with international clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand Itechleadz's global footprint.

Conduct market research to support lead generation and sales pipeline development.

Maintain CRM records and generate business development reports.

Assist senior managers in preparing proposals, pitches, and follow-ups.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or ongoing studies) in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.

Excellent English communication skills with a neutral/good accent.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work onsite in Johar Town during night shift hours (7 PM – 4 AM PKT).

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.

A self-motivated and proactive learner eager to build a career in business development.
