Finova Labs is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote HR Recruiter to join our team. If you have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent, we invite you to be a key player in building our team and driving our organization's success.

Timings: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Mon-Fri)

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit international candidates for various roles for point of sale solutions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of international candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in international recruitment to ensure a competitive edge.
    • Source candidates through online channels, social media, job fairs, and networking events.
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
    • Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating salary packages.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hiring international candidates based in the USA.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in international recruitment, specifically in hiring candidates based in the USA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
