Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager based in Lahore. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and executing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with organizational goals. Qualifications

  • Expertise in HR Policy Implementation, Compliance, and Performance Management
  • Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving
  • Background in Staff Training, Development, and Engagement Strategies
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
  • Proficiency in HR management software and tools
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
