About the Role

We are seeking a Data Processing Specialist with a strong understanding of Harmonized System (HS) Codes and international trade compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, validating, and maintaining high volumes of data related to invoices, shipment documents, and customs regulations. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of global import/export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, organize, and validate 
    invoices and shipment data
     related to international trade.
  • Classify goods accurately according to the 
    Harmonized System (HS) Codes
     to ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into internal 
    software systems
     and databases.
  • Analyze invoices and shipping documentation to identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Report any inconsistencies or errors to the relevant departments for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 
    data processing and
     
    customs documentation
  • Strong understanding of HS Codes
    .
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Must be proficient in reading and understanding the English language".
