HRMD Solutions is looking for a Referral Specialist for Workers' Compensation, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating referrals for medical treatment, specialist consultations (like Pain management and physical therapy), and other related services. You will work closely with case managers, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure that injured workers receive timely and appropriate care. Your role is vital in streamlining the referral process, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate referrals to pain management specialists, physical therapy, and other related services for injured workers.
  • Verify workers' compensation insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for pain management treatments.
  • Work closely with case managers, healthcare providers, and insurance adjusters to facilitate the referral process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all referrals, authorizations, and communications in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with providers and patients to confirm appointments and communicate essential information.
  • Address any issues or delays in the referral process and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to injured workers, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
  • Stay informed about workers' compensation regulations, pain management protocols, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a referral specialist role, particularly within the pain management or workers' compensation field.
  • Knowledge of pain management treatments, workers' compensation processes, and medical terminology.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Advanced English is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs100,000.00 per month
