Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor and customer payments accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payment records and ensure proper documentation for audits.
  • Reconcile transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and finance team to ensure smooth payment workflows.
  • Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement to stakeholders.
  • Generate periodic payment reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in payment processing, accounts, or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
