We are seeking a skilled Spring Boot Developer at F&A Global.

Job Title: Backend (
Spring Boot
Developer)

Seniority: Mid-Level (4-5 years)

Education:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Maintenance:

  • Java developer having 4+ years of experience including (Spring boot and Hibernate, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL).
  • Create & manage microservices in Spring Boot.
  • Create new features based on the requirements provided by the Project Manager.
  • Test and evaluate new technologies to support business requirements.
  • Take ownership of deployment, testing, and integration pipelines.
  • Research Design and write new software programs.
  • Build large-scale infrastructure applications.
  • Working experience in Industry Standard protocols related to API Security including JWT is a must.

Skillset
:

  • Essential skills are Java 8, functional aspects, Spring Framework (It is important that the resources are familiar with the current Spring platform and its capabilities), Spring Boot, and Spring Integration.
  • Strong understanding of Spring Core, Spring MVC, Swagger, Tomcat 8, Micro-services, GIT, Postman, Restful Services, and Containers.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Ability to contribute to the team-building the software product (Mobile App + Database + Web).
  • Familiarity with modern back end builds pipelines and tools.
  • An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-versed with SDLC (Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Maintenance).
  • Experience working with tools like Git, Maven, and Bit Bucket.
  • Help front-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies.

Analytical Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen ability to analyze complex designs and workflows.
  • Translate the client's technical requirements, designs, and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Analyzing translating and defining business requirements into technical solutions.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong collaboration skills with a team of developers, designers, and QA.
  • Collaborate with other team members and product owners, both inside and outside the scrum team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interact with the Project Manager frequently and provide feedback on progress, alert him of risks, and help the PM develop a strategy to mitigate these risks.
  • Proficiency in English is must as we have clients from around the globe.
