We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Social Media Expert to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns, as well as designing high-quality visual content for multiple platforms. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through well-executed campaigns that are both data-driven and creatively compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution (Organic + Paid)

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute organic content campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximise performance and ROI.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.

Content Creation & Graphic Design

  • Design eye-catching graphics, videos, reels, and animations for social media using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
  • Develop brand-consistent content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Work closely with copywriters and marketing teams to bring ideas to life visually.
  • Maintain and evolve brand visual identity across social media.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities, respond to messages and comments.
  • Build relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and performance metrics using native platform analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing (paid + organic).
  • Proven experience managing social ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design work for social media.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Rs100, Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
