The Strategy Planning & Operations Specialist for our Islamabad Office (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

The Strategy Planning & Operations Specialist plays a critical role in driving organizational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across departments. This role combines analytical thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on operational execution to strengthen business performance, enhance employee engagement, and ensure alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic planning, execution, and progress tracking toward organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and standardization.
  • Assist in managing strategic and cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Contribute to governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
  • Support team coordination, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Operations, or Project Management.
  • 2–3 years' experience in strategy, operations, or project management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Canva, , or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
