Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product development and execution for garment dyeing and denim washing (woven & knit fabrics).
  • Develop and implement dry and wet process plans based on approved samples; ensure bulk production meets time and action plans.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities, including PO and GRN coordination, resource allocation, and cost-efficient chemical usage.
  • Manage inventory of chemicals, dyes, and accessories; maintain accurate records for POs, GRNs, and consumption.
  • Lead and supervise a team, including hiring, training, and daily operations management, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams; ensure regulatory and environmental compliance; maintain supplier communication and approval processes.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Textile Engineering / Chemical Engineering
    or related field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience
    in garment washing and dyeing, preferably in woven and denim production environments
