We produce over 500,000 garments monthly, specialising in babywear, uniforms, and adult fashion with 70% made from recycled or organic materials. Key Responsibilities

E-commerce (LAAM)

  • Set up & maintain the MYM store: categories, attributes, tags, SEO snippets
  • Create product pages: title, bullets, fabric/GSM, fit notes, size charts, wash-care
  • Coordinate shoots or retouching; upload images (front/back/detail) to spec
  • Manage listings, pricing, promos, coupons, inventory, and order follow-ups
  • Build a weekly dashboard: traffic, CTR, conversion, AOV, cancellations, returns, NPS

Digital Branding

  • Own LinkedIn calendar: 2–3 posts/week (factory stories, sustainability, product drops, exhibition news)
  • Draft copy and adapt visuals via Canva/Adobe; post and engage with comments
  • Upgrade the digital product catalogue (spec sheets, tags, collections)
  • Create simple case studies and one-pagers for outreach

Who you are:

  • University student, any degree acceptable. Passionate for digital marketing
  • Strong writing and editing (English)
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with formulas/clean data
  • Canva or Adobe basics (Photoshop/Illustrator); eye for layout and detail
  • Bonus: Marketplace/Shopify exposure, product photography coordination, basic SEO

  • Part-time: 20 hours/week (ideal for students)
  • Hybrid: On-site once a week at Head Office, remaining days WFH
  • Stipend: Rs 20,000/month
