About the Role

We are urgently seeking 3 Patient Screening & Call Center Executives to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with patients, asking pre-defined screening questions, and logging accurate patient details. Since our clients are based in Utah and Las Vegas, excellent English communication with a neutral accent is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and make calls promptly and professionally.

  • Ask patient screening questions based on provided scripts/guidelines.

  • Accurately record patient information in the system.

  • Ensure high standards of communication, empathy, and confidentiality.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills with a neutral accent (mandatory).

  • Prior experience in call center, healthcare BPO, or patient coordination preferred.

  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.

  • Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and patience.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).

  • Willingness to work on shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (Utah/Las Vegas).
