Key Responsibilities:

  • Create original, engaging, and visually appealing digital content to tell stories across social media, websites, and digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, editors, and social media teams to capture behind-the-scenes moments, interviews, and human-interest stories
  • Develop scripts, captions, and storyboards for reels, shorts, and other bite-sized content formats
  • Edit and repurpose footage for social-first storytelling (e.g., vertical reels, carousel posts, shorts)
  • Craft narratives that highlight the purpose, process, and people behind productions.
  • Stay up to date with digital and social trends, applying relevant formats and tones to storytelling
  • Use analytics and feedback to refine content strategy and optimize engagement
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, style, and tone across all digital touchpoints
  • Archive and catalog digital assets and stories for future use.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Journalism, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital content creation or storytelling (especially in a media/production house setting)
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in basic editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro)
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, digital trends, and audience behavior
  • Ability to turn complex production work into relatable human stories
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
