Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven
Sales Operations Manager
(Mid to Senior level) to optimize our sales systems, reporting, and workflows. This role will be instrumental in improving sales efficiency, managing pipeline visibility, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, demonstrates proficiency in CRM platforms and data analytics, and has a proven ability to drive operational excellence within the sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and manage the CRM ensuring clean data, proper usage, and effective reporting.
  2. Track and report on the full sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure and surface insights to improve performance.
  3. Build and maintain sales dashboards, performance trackers, and forecasting tools for leadership visibility.
  4. Develop and refine sales processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and efficiency.
  5. Coordinate with different teams to align sales operations with broader business goals.
  6. Identify process bottlenecks or tool gaps and lead implementation of improvements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations, preferably in a B2B tech or services environment.
  3. Strong command of CRM systems such as Pipedrive, Salesforce etc.
  4. Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  5. Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms is a plus.
  6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
  7. Strong problem-solving mindset and a focus on process improvement.
