Duties

-The candidate needs to generate human resource leads across the Middle East and Europe. They should possess knowledge of placing both blue-collar and white-collar manpower, with experience in recruitment and placement. Previous work in similar roles is required.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic planning

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and implementation

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities

Requirements

- Proven experience in business development or sales role, preferably in the software industry

- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Excellent project management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for business growth

- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales goals
