About the Role:

Focusteck is looking for a
Human Resources Executive
to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
technical recruitment and HR operations
within the IT industry. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source and screen candidates through
    LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks
    .
  • Conduct
    initial interviews
    and coordinate with hiring managers for the selection process.
  • Assist in
    onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations
    .
  • Plan and execute
    training and development programs
    for employees.
  • Support
    employee engagement activities
    , performance evaluations, and HR record maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate
    HR documentation
    and ensure
    policy compliance
    across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resource Management
    or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience
    in recruitment and HR operations (preferably in an IT company).
  • Strong
    communication, organization, and sourcing skills
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    ATS, onboarding processes, and training coordination
    .

Location:
Johar Town, Lahore

Timings:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required
: Minimum 3 Years (Must have experience working in an IT company)
