𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:


• Manage
end-to-end import order processing
and shipment tracking


• Prepare and verify
import documentation
(commercial invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.)


• Update ERP system and maintain accurate shipment records


• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and documentation accuracy

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

  • Bachelor's in
    Supply Chain / Business Administration / Commerce
  • 2–4 years of experience in imports, order processing, or logistics documentation
  • Hands-on experience with
    ERP systems
    and
    MS Office (Excel preferred)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
