About the Role
A.M. Distributors – a market leader in surgical site infection control products and medical packaging solutions – is seeking an experienced, motivated, and strategic Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Lahore. This individual will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and coaching a high-performance team to meet and exceed targets in the medical and healthcare packaging sector.
Job Objective
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding our customer base, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate and manage a results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
Meet potential clients and understand their pain points to deliver tailored solutions.
Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives, ensuring they meet set objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify knowledge gaps.
Monitor daily, monthly, and annual sales performance and develop projections.
Set and manage sales goals and performance KPIs.
Collaborate with leadership to align team activities with overall company strategy.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Lead and manage the month-end and year-end sales closure processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 4–6 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or hospital supplies.
Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Highly organized, analytical, and target-driven.
Must have own transportation and a valid driving license.
