Proven experience
(2+ years) in B2B lead generation and sales — preferably in digital marketing, creative agencies, or advertising.

Role Description
Generate qualified leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calls, networking, etc.).

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline — from prospecting to deal closure.

Understand client marketing needs and present customized agency solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, strategy) to deliver client proposals and presentations.

Maintain CRM records, track metrics, and report on lead-to-client conversions.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and generating new leads
  • Strong skills in market research
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in sales and supporting sales teams
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
