Job Title: Business Development Manager – RPO Sales
Location: Bahawalpur (Hybrid)
Compensation: PKR 70k -100k + Bonus - Based on experience

We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
with strong expertise in
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
sales and the
staffing and recruitment industry
, particularly across the
US, UK, Canada, and Australia
markets. The role involves identifying potential clients, creating targeted prospect lists, managing
outbound campaigns
(via email, calls, LinkedIn outreach, or other effective channels), and building
long-term partnerships
within the staffing and recruiting sectors across these regions.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in
RPO sales
and
B2B sales
. - Strong understanding of the
US, UK, Canada, and Australia
staffing and recruiting markets. - Excellent
English communication skills
(both verbal and written). - Proven ability in
negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building
. - Hands-on experience with tools such as
LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo
, and
email funneling platforms
. - Demonstrated success in
lead generation
and
outbound prospecting
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through
LinkedIn, calls, emails, Upwork
, and other outreach platforms. - Design and execute
outbound RPO sales campaigns
to generate qualified leads and build a steady sales pipeline. - Understand client
hiring needs
and provide
customized RPO solutions
that align with their goals. - Negotiate terms
and establish
long-term contracts
with clients. - Utilize tools such as
LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo
, and others for lead generation and prospect targeting. - Manage
cold outreach campaigns
via LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and phone. - Draft
professional and persuasive
messages, emails, and proposals to engage potential clients.
