Role Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
with strong expertise in RPO sales and international staffing. This role will focus on identifying potential clients, managing outbound sales campaigns, and building long-term partnerships across the US/UK staffing and recruiting markets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in
RPO sales / B2B sales
. - Outstanding knowledge of
US/UK staffing and recruiting markets
. - Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven skills in
negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building
. - Expertise in
LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and email funneling
. - Experience in
lead generation
and outbound prospecting. - Gender: Male/Female both are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients via
LinkedIn, emails, Upwork, and other platforms
. - Design and execute
outbound sales campaigns
. - Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and build
long-term contracts
with clients. - Generate leads using
LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other tools
. - Manage
cold outreach
through LinkedIn, email, and calls. - Draft strong, professional
messages, emails, and proposals
