Role Overview

We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
with strong expertise in RPO sales and international staffing. This role will focus on identifying potential clients, managing outbound sales campaigns, and building long-term partnerships across the US/UK staffing and recruiting markets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    RPO sales / B2B sales
    .
  • Outstanding knowledge of
    US/UK staffing and recruiting markets
    .
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven skills in
    negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building
    .
  • Expertise in
    LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and email funneling
    .
  • Experience in
    lead generation
    and outbound prospecting.
  • Gender: Male/Female both are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients via
    LinkedIn, emails, Upwork, and other platforms
    .
  • Design and execute
    outbound sales campaigns
    .
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and build
    long-term contracts
    with clients.
  • Generate leads using
    LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other tools
    .
  • Manage
    cold outreach
    through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Draft strong, professional
    messages, emails, and proposals
    .
