Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for an Assistant Manager at Texlynx. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with suppliers and clients, managing sourcing strategies, and ensuring the quality of services provided. The role involves supply chain management, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
  • Strong background in Client Relations and Vendor Management
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance and International Sourcing Practices
  • Solid understanding of Business Operations and Process Optimization
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the textile or manufacturing industries is a plus
