Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Specialist who can configure, customize, automate, and integrate ERPNext to align with our business workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is an expert in using ERPNext's built-in features and configurations without heavy coding.

Your primary focus will be:

  • Customizing ERPNext modules and forms to suit business needs.
  • Setting up workflows, approvals, and role-based permissions.
  • Automating repetitive business processes through ERPNext's automation tools.
  • Managing third-party integrations and API connections (using available tools or plug-ins).
  • Training team members and ensuring smooth adoption of ERPNext across departments.
  • Providing ongoing support and optimization as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure ERPNext for bookkeeping, HR, CRM, and project management modules.
  • Customize dashboards and reports to improve business visibility.
  • Automate recurring tasks, notifications, and approvals.
  • Manage ERPNext integrations with accounting, CRM, and productivity tools.
  • Troubleshoot ERPNext issues and optimize system performance.
  • Provide user training and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with ERPNext (configuration, setup, and workflow automation).
  • Strong knowledge of ERPNext modules such as Accounting, HR, CRM, Inventory, and Projects.
  • Experience in automation, integration, and customization without coding.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to train and support non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with business processes in bookkeeping, HR, and operations is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Zapier, Integromat, or other integration tools.
  • Familiarity with small business workflows and process optimization.
  • Project management skills for ERP implementations.
