We're looking for a
YouTube Automation Specialist
to manage and scale our channels through streamlined systems, outsourced teams, and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end channel operations (research, production, publishing, growth).
  • Conduct niche/keyword research and develop content calendars.
  • Set up automation workflows (script, voice-over, editing, thumbnails).
  • Coordinate with remote teams for smooth production.
  • Optimize videos for SEO, CTR, and audience retention.
  • Monitor analytics, run A/B tests, and refine strategies.
  • Ensure monetization, compliance, and adherence to YouTube policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with YouTube automation/growth.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, and monetization.
  • Skilled with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Canva, Premiere/Final Cut, and AI automation tools.
  • Excellent project management and teamwork abilities.
