  • Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and development teams to track project progress.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate communication between technical teams and management.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure project goals are met.
  • Assist in gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain project calendars, and follow up on pending items.
  • Identify risks or issues and escalate when required.
  • Support quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3 –5 years of experience in project coordination (AI/Tech preferred).
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and software development lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
