Retro vGames is hiring highly professional and fluent Customer Service Agents to join our growing support team. This role is critical to delivering a top-tier customer experience across our eCommerce platform, and we are looking for individuals who speak with a clear American English accent and have exceptional communication skills. Please do not apply if you are not confident in your spoken English or do not have an American accent.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels including live chat, phone calls, and email support. You must be able to professionally handle inquiries related to product information, order status, returns, refunds, and general troubleshooting. Ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a helpful and friendly tone in every interaction is essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in handling customer support for eCommerce platforms, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. You will be expected to handle returns and exchange cases, coordinate with warehouse or operations teams when needed, and maintain detailed records of customer communications.
Fluency in English is non-negotiable; you must be able to speak confidently and clearly in an American accent. This role requires excellent listening skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset. Computer skills, multitasking ability, and familiarity with support tools or software platforms will be considered a plus.
