Position Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Project Manager with a strong technical engineering background to lead and manage multiple engineering service projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical power systems, utility engineering, or renewable energy design, and will be skilled at managing project deliverables, coordinating technical teams, and maintaining complete and organized project records while ensuring projects are delivered within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering service projects in distribution systems, substation facility studies, and renewable energy designs.
  • Maintain 
    accurate, organized, and accessible documentation control
     for all project-related files, drawings, communications, and revisions.
  • Manage and monitor 
    project budgets
    , controlling costs to ensure profitability and compliance with financial targets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal engineering teams, and subcontractors.
  • Develop, track, and maintain detailed project schedules and progress updates.
  • Review and validate technical deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to meet project milestones on time.
  • Identify risks early, propose mitigation measures, and track resolutions.
  • Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-up.
  • Enforce quality control processes and adherence to industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 2–7 years of experience in power systems engineering, distribution/substation studies, or renewable energy design.
  • Strong technical background
     with the ability to guide engineering deliverables.
  • Proven track record in 
    budget control
     and 
    documentation management
     for engineering projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
