The role requires ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with operations and quality teams, and submitting daily production reports to management..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor production line staff and daily activities
  • Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on time
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance of workers
  • Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
  • Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed
  • Prepare and share daily production reports with management
  • Coordinate with the operations and quality team for smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Minimum :Matric
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a production/factory environment
  • Experienced Candidate apply and immediate joining will prefer.
