About the Role

Position Summary

Remote Scouts by Cedar Global Solutions is looking for passionate and customer-focused

individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service through various communication channels. Your ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

· Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Communication:
Interact with customers via phone, email, and other digital platforms to assist with their concerns.

·
Issue Resolution:
Identify customer problems, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions.

·
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

·
Follow-Up:
Ensure prompt follow-ups on unresolved issues and pending requests.

·
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex

· concerns.

·
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations while handling customer interactions.

·
Performance Goals:
Meet individual and team targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution efficiency.

Requirements:

· Experience:
Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.

·
Skills:
Strong command of spoken and written English, along with computer proficiency.

·
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule:
Full-Time Monday to Friday (weekends off)

Timings:
6:00 PM to 2:30 AM PKT (Night Shift)

Job Location:
1-C, Block-K, Shahrah-e-Nazria Pakistan, Johar Town, Lahore
