Manager - Delivery Operations

The Manager Delivery Operations is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused delivery operations across Domino's Pizza outlets. This role will oversee rider performance, delivery KPIs, and process improvements to guarantee fast, accurate, and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily delivery operations across multiple stores.
Monitor delivery KPIs (speed, accuracy, customer feedback, rider productivity).
Recruit, train, and manage delivery riders ensuring adherence to company standards.
Implement safety protocols, route optimization, and cost efficiency measures.
Resolve customer escalations related to delivery service.
Coordinate with Store Managers and Operations team to meet overall business targets.
Support digital delivery platforms (apps, aggregators) to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, or related field).
min 5 years of experience in delivery/last-mile operations (QSR or e-commerce preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of delivery route planning, KPIs, and safety practices.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
