Business Analyst (on-site role in Karachi)

Are you passionate about making sense of numbers to drive business decisions through data?

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Analytics Team in the Retail Banking Group of a reputable bank in Karachi.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of deposits, advances, consumer growth and related business metrics.

Note: This is a business-focused analyst role who is comfortable working with data but whose core competencies lie in understanding business performance in conjunction with analytical tools.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a business domain as Business Analyst or Performance Analyst in Retail Banking, Financial Services or FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn numbers into actionable business insights
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and working knowledge of SQL
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
