Key Responsibilities:

  • Design comprehensive performance management frameworks, including setting KPIs, creating evaluation processes, and establishing structures for actionable feedback.
  • Formulate headhunting and recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with business needs, company culture, and long-term goals.
  • Create employee engagement programs that enhance satisfaction, motivation, and retention, ensuring they are both innovative and impactful.
  • Strategize ways to promote the company's values and culture, positioning the company as an employer of choice.
  • Design employee development programs that enhance skills and support career growth, aligning with the company's strategic vision.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance trends) and design strategies for improvement based on insights.
  • Plan recognition and reward programs to highlight and celebrate employee achievements, fostering a culture of appreciation.
  • Conduct audits of existing HR processes, documents, and systems for efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the company's evolving needs.
  • Provide recommendations for new HR systems or improvements based on audit findings.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, including employee engagement, performance management, and HR branding.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance and legal HR requirements.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
