Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Human Resources Manager
to lead and strengthen our HR function in Karachi. This role is central to building a high-performance culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting our teams across consulting, finance, audit, tax, BPO, and technology advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Swenta Global's business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection, attracting top talent for diverse consulting and advisory roles.
  • Oversee employee relations, benefits management, and HR operations.
  • Design and deliver training & development programs to upskill employees in technical and professional competencies.
  • Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and career development.
  • Maintain HR systems and data for reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to foster an engaging, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of HR management experience
    , ideally within consulting, financial services, or professional services industries.
  • Strong background in recruitment, training & development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software/HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven organizational and leadership skills.
