Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and confident 
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
 to join our team. The role involves handling 
outbound calls
, engaging with potential customers, and ensuring a professional and positive customer experience. Candidates must be fluent in English and comfortable working in the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism during all interactions.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns with patience and accuracy.
  • Record and update customer information in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business objective.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
     is mandatory.
  • Previous 
    call center experience
     will be considered a plus.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in 
    night shifts
    .
  • Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.
