About the Role:

Experience Qatar is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative – B2C to join our team. This remote night shift role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service, especially in the travel and tourism industry. You will be the first point of contact for individual customers from various countries who are visiting or planning to visit Qatar. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals visiting or planning to visit Qatar.
  •  Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  •  Provide accurate information about our tourism services, packages, and offerings.
  •  Resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
  •  Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  •  Stay informed about Qatar's tourism attractions, local events, and company policies.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  •  Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications:

  •  Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in customer service (travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
  • preferred).
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  •  Proficiency in at least one additional language: Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, or Yoruba.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  •  Comfortable working night shifts (6 PM – 4 AM Pakistan time).
  •  Experience using CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
  •  Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  •  A customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
