Are you a creative thinker and strategic doer with a passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns? At Codistan Ventures, we're seeking a Social Media Accounts Manager to take our brand to the next level

Responsibilities:

Content Marketing:

Develop and manage engaging content calendars across social media, email, and website channels.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram, collaborating with media teams.

Public Relations & Partnerships:

Lead PR activities and foster B2B partnerships to achieve marketing goals.

Social Media Management:

Schedule posts, monitor KPIs, and adapt strategies based on performance.

Website Optimization:

Recommend UI improvements and identify issues to boost conversions.

Market Research:

Conduct surveys to refine products and address customer needs.

Paid Advertising:

Manage ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, ensuring ROI optimization (Meta Ads experience is a must).

Influencer Marketing:

Collaborate with PR agencies to plan influencer campaigns.

Brand Voice Consistency:

Maintain a unified brand tone across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing roles
  • Expertise in managing Meta and Google Ads (mandatory) and other social platforms
  • Proven success in executing impactful marketing campaigns
  • Strong content creation skills (written, visual, video)
  • Familiarity with CMS and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical mindset to measure campaign performance
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Creative problem-solver focused on results
